Designs Revealed for Jakarta’s 7point8
Broadway Malyan has unveiled designs for 7point8, a major mixed-use tower development in central Jakarta, Indonesia. The design was inspired by local historic town squares, featuring two towers oriented around a central open space, with the tallest standing 298 meters. |

Renderings Surface for New York’s 520 West 41st Street
Preliminary renderings have been released for Silverstein Properties’ 520 West 41st Street via the project’s draft Environmental Impact Statement. The report affirms the building’s status as one of the largest in Manhattan, given it will stand 1,100 feet (335 meters) tall. |

Melbourne Planning Minister Approves Australia 108
After a number of design revisions, Melbourne is set to host what will become the southern hemisphere’s tallest building, with a 100-story apartment tower approved for Southbank. Australia 108 will stand at 319 meters and will feature 1,100 residential units. |

Continuation of London’s Canary Wharf District Approved
Tower Hamlets Council has granted planning approval for a 6.5 million-square-foot (604,000-square-meter) mixed-use development at Wood Wharf, which will boast 3,100 new residential units, 100 street shops, a primary school, a cylindrical 56-story tower and an NHS medical center. |

Dream Dubai Marina Set for 2015 Completion
Construction on the soon-to-be second-tallest tower in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Dream Dubai Marina, is more than 80 percent complete. The Project will stand 427 meters and will be the tallest tower in the growing Dubai Marina district. |

Glistening Residential Tower Opens in Warsaw
The Cosmopolitan Twarda 2/4 luxury residential tower is now open. The tower is 160 meters high, with 236 fully furnished apartments over 44 floors. The building is designed by the Chicago-based architecture firm JAHN and is the first structure in Poland for the firm. |
