The project includes a 1,001-meter tower and is estimated to complete in stages over 25 years.
|
|
The 80-story, mixed-use building is expected to cost $1 billion and take five years to construct.
|

The project has been proposed for the city center and will rise near a new rapid transit station.
|
|
The eight-story modules that wrap the building will create sizeable terraces with extensive plantings.
|

The building is scheduled to open to residents by the end of 2018, with a full opening in March 2019.

The 25-story scheme will include 270 apartments, along with office and retail space in the podium.
