Saudi's Kingdom hires Emaar for kilometre-high skyscraper, Jeddah
Kingdom group signed Dubai-based Emaar to develop and supervise the construction of a kilometre-high tower in Jeddah. The Jeddah Kingdom City and Kingdom Tower will comprise 23 million sq m (247 million sq ft) of commercial, residential and office space on 530 hectares of land near Jeddah's international airport...link

Bumps Building by Sako Architects, Beijing
The Bumps complex on the Chaoyang District of Beijing was designed by Sako Architects. The project integrates residential and commercial uses in a square-shaped layout, rotated at 45 degrees off the city's north-south axis. The design, which developed over a year's time, cleverly moves away from the conventional straight-lined skyscraper...link
The Octave, Make's 149m tower for Vauxhall, London
Located on a brownfield site adjacent to the Vauxhall transport interchange, the proposed 149m tall building supports the planned regeneration of the Vauxhall, Battersea and surrounding areas and is within a zone allocated for a cluster of new tall buildings. The space within the scheme will be divided 10% commercial and 90% residential...link
